Bio
Born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (1977) she graduated from the law school of the University of Leiden in 2001. During the spring semester of 1999 she was an exchange student at the University of Connecticut School Of Law in Hartford, Connecticut. After her studies in The Netherlands, Dymphne returned to the Island of Aruba where she spent a part of her youth. She worked as the junior litigator for the Government of Aruba and as an attorney on Aruba before moving to Sint Maarten in August 2004.
