Bio
Born in Gouda, The Netherlands (1965) he graduated from Leiden University in 1987. Mark was admitted to the bar in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in 1987 and moved to St. Maarten in 1988 where he has lived and practiced since. Mark held positions such as secretary and vice dean of the St. Maarten Bar Association and his practice focuses mainly on project development and international financing. As such he has been and is involved in major developments on St. Maarten, both private and government owned.
