Bio
Born in Haarlem, The Netherlands (1963) he graduated from Leiden University in 1987. He was admitted to the Bar of Middelburg, the Netherlands in 1988. He moved to Curaçao in 1989 where he was admitted to the bar of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba. He has lived and practiced in Sint Maarten since 1992. His practice focuses mainly on corporate law and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Antillean Disciplinary Appeal Council for Lawyers, a former Dean of the Sint Maarten Bar Association and a member of the board of the Arbitration Institute of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba and Vice – President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Sint Maarten.
